Course overview
This is a bridge course into intermediate Qur'aanic Arabic Grammar allowing students to practice all the skills learned in levels 1, 2, and 3 by increasing verbal communication and vocabulary.  Students will improve and develop their ability to read and understand simple and complex sentences with faster recall of vocabulary and verb conjugation.  The goal of this course is to solidify what students learned in the previous levels with efficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Qur'aanic Arabic with a basic level of fluency.

Introduction to Qur'aanic Arabic Grammar - Levels 1 & 2 or Course Equivalent (Testing Required)

Meet the instructor

Swiyya Haqq

Swiyya Haqq was a part of the Imam W.D. Mohammad delegation to Syria from 2000-2004. She also studied Arabic and Islamic Studies in Yemen in 2005. Since studying abroad, Swiyya has concentrated her studies in the science of tajweed. Since gaining ijazas in hafs recitation from Syria, she has studied the 10 ways of quranic recitation, receiving ijaza in them as well. Swiyya also holds a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics and Tesol.
